The Company

Metro Construction Arbitration, Inc. (“Metro”) is a New York City based construction arbitration company since 2011, the purpose of which is to provide inexpensive arbitration services for the final and binding resolution of construction contract and commercial construction disputes. This Company was formed in reaction to the excessive fees and costs that are charged by the two major arbitration forums, which in many cases, have now made construction arbitration more expensive even than litigation. The purpose of this forum is to get the process of arbitration “back to basics”, by providing a cost efficient method of fairly and objectively deciding construction disputes.
